For thirty fantabulous years, I created lessons for, and taught, Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) students in California. For twenty of those magical years, I also taught kindergarten. All the while, I was writing stories and songs for children. Stories and songs that are perfect for Puddle Jump Books!
Mr. Krieb
Illustrators
Linda Smythe illustrated workbooks, painted posters, and taught children's art programs before teaching third grade for twenty years – finding time to also illustrate a prototype of "Zebra Takes the Train" for Mr. Krieb and his kindergartners! Now retired from teaching, Linda still loves to draw and paint and use recycled materials for creative expression.
Terry Long is an artist and photographer who grew up near London and now lives in Southern California. He loves to create pictures filled with magic – just like his sumptuous and eloquent illustrations in Puddle Jump Books' "I'm a Little Planet"!

I'm a little Whiz Kid! My name is Svetlana Kovacevic. I help with the Puddle Jump Books computer stuff that's too complicated for Mr. Krieb. Experienced in social media, I'm embarking on a career in advertising.
